Administrative approval and financial sanction is accorded for Rs. 66,95,000/- (Rupees Sixty Six Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand) only towards activity heads Training under NPCDCS, District NCD Cell for VIA training under FMR Code 9.5.19.2

3. The total sanctioned fund Rs. 66,95,000/- (Rupees Sixty Six Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand) is being released in favour of the CMOH & Secretary, DH&FWSs as mentioned in Point 2. 4. The suggestive flexible financial guideline of training is as per uniform training guideline of NHM: a. Honorarium to Trainers (G&O): 3 persons x @Rs.600/-x 5d b. Honorarium to Trainees (Staff nurse, CHO): 15 persons x @Rs.300/-x 5d c. Food @200/- per person x 5d d. Venue management - actual amount within 5000/- (max.) e. Incidental expense - actual amount within 5000/- (max.) f. T.E - actual amount as per rule 5. The utilisation will be reflected in monthly FMR, submitted to State FMG, NHM, WB. 6. The charges are debitable against the activity head, Training under NPCDCS, District NCD Cell under Tally Code 0.2.3.2.1 7. FA samiti will act as the Drawing & Disbursing Officer for releasing the fund. 8. This is issued with the approval of the Mission Director, NHM, West Bengal & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of West Bengal.
Page 1 of 2 9. Districts have to submit the provisional training plan with tentative time schedule whenever the TOT of G&O will be completed (currently ongoing). 10. Training Details:- a) Duration of Training: - 5 days b) Venue of Training: - designated Colposcopy Centres within district c) Trainer: - Gynaecologist already completed TOT on VIA & Colposcopy at CNCI during the current financial year. d) Logistic needed: Cusco's Vaginal Speculum, Cotton tipped swabs, freshly prepared acetic acid (to be prepared at least once in a week) by diluting 3-5 ml of glacial acetic acid with 95ml of distilled water. e) Examination Table. f) Examination gloves. g) Ring Lens System (with halogen bulb preferred) h) VIA reporting format. i) VIA manual of NICPR. 11.
