• Technical personnel are members of the Operating Engineers Local No. 12 and the above charges are a part of our contractual commitment. For assignments that require equipment such as nuclear gauges, hydraulic systems for proof-load testing, high-strength torque wrench etc., billing time will include picking up and dropping off the equipment at ISl's laboratory as well as round trip travel.

• Rates are subject to an annual COLA increase of 3% adjustment on July 1st of each year to cover any increase in ISi's cost due to changes in wages, benefits, working conditions and other provisions of the Union Labor Agreement and Prevailing Wage requirements.
