Under the STD Benefits Payroll Benefits Payroll Policy in effect as of Policy, an employee may receive replacement income January 1, 2021. based on a percentage of their base salary for a period of absence of up to 26 weeks due to a qualifying serious health condition. Coverage under the STD Benefits Payroll Policy automatically begins on the date an eligible employee meets the eligibility requirements.
