MISSOURI EAS PLAN STATE OF MISSOURI EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM OPERATIONAL PLAN This plan was prepared by the Missouri State Emergency Communications Committee in cooperation with the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency; the National Weather Service offices in St Louis, Pleasant Hill, Springfield, Paducah and Memphis; the Missouri Broadcasters Association; State and local officials; and the broadcasters and cable systems of Missouri. NOTE: EAS Operational Area operating procedures of the broadcasters, cable systems, State officials or the National Weather Service, relating to the State EAS Operational Plan will be attached as Annex K thru X to this plan.
