We originally purchased this property as a bed and breakfast to convert back to residential as it was big enough for our children to have a room each. We immediately loved the area and could see the potential in the property.

Our children went to Berkswell COE it was an excellent school and only being one form entry it felt like a private village school.

There are lots of lovely country walks and public right of ways so excellent if you like the outdoors or have a dog.

The location is rural, yet central to motor networks and within easy distance of , Solihull and and excellent for the NEC and .

One of our favourite places nearby is Lakes, Restaurant Golf Club and Fishing Lakes, it's a 10 minute walk, so peaceful and the views are lovely.

We are also quite near to Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon which are 2 placed we visit alot.

Unfortunately now the children have grown up or left, the house is too big for our needs and we need to downsize, although ideally we would like to stay in the area.
