Cellino Group produces, in its seven Italian plants, sheet metal parts for Trucks using different technologies and dedicated process, including painting.

In Russia, Cellino will be manufacture Fuel Tank (aluminium & steel), Cross Members, Pressed Parts – Frames in Light Fabrication

To produce in Russia:

Project development:

Step 1 : Customer’s request to localize in Russia the production / business Customer Letter of intent to be signed Final business project and plan preparation - business case Official contract Customer - Cellino Group

Step 2: Preparation for new company registration, construction permission, etc. Negotiation with local authorities

Step 3: Start evaluation drawings and components Selection of component for production Preliminary study of investments for Russia production

Step 4: Start evaluation drawings and components in Cellino Selection of components and sub-assembled groups Study of machines / line to install in Kaluga / Russia for selected components Research to find the plant, suitable for the business case agreed Start preparation for all necessary facilities for CELLINO Plant in Kaluga for production

Step 5: Delivery and installation of all the machines and line for fuel tank in Russia plant - set-up and start-up try out for production

Step 6: Truck production - Start of Production – 1st June 2014 Inauguration Ceremony

• All CROSS MEMBERS will be manufactured, welded, assembled in Cellino Russia plant Russian Plant FCA Russia • Others components - Stamped Parts (to be defined with Customer) will be produced in CELLINO Russia plant.

• Over 70 % of Truck components will be produced and painted in Cellino Russia plant FUEL TANKS & LIGHT FABRICATION and delivered to Customer.
