The event aims to deliver an experience that focuses on Japanese values such as team work, performance and perseverance, with teams of four runners (of same or mixed gender) competing in a relay race over the same race course, before finishing at a Japanese-themed Matsuri Race Village. Runners can look forward to an exciting line-up of traditional activities at the Matsuri Race Village. Be ready to experience a taste of Japan from the range of popular snacks and foods. ページ 02 FOREWORD About Mizuno Singapore Mizuno Singapore Pte Ltd was launched on 5 March 2014 to be nearer to our customers. The office is led by Mr. Kiyoshi Tatani, President of Mizuno Singapore. A key strategy is to act on various regional local platforms ranging from increasing retail and digital presence to elite athletes and community sponsorships. The start pen will close at 4.45pm. Information • There will be an information tent at the Matsuri Race Village to provide you with the assistance you need. Baggage Deposit • Baggage deposit area will open from 2.30pm. All participants are encouraged not to deposit any valuables or fragile items. The organiser will not be responsible for any lost and/or damage to the belongings or contents deposited. ページ 08 RACE DAY INFORMATION Cut-off Timings • Participants are required to meet the cut-off timings as follows: o 42.195km Full Marathon (Open Category): 10.30pm o 21.1km Half Marathon (Open and Corporate Category): 8.00pm • Please take note that all hydration and medical points will be closed after the cut-off times. Distance Markers • Distance markers will be placed along every 1km of the race route. • Hydration stations are approximately located 2-3km along the route. Race Etiquette If you encounter any problems during the run, please approach the event race marshals for assistance. Please keep to your left to allow faster participants to overtake. If you encounter participants on the right side of the lane who are moving at a slower pace, please call out, “On your right”. As a form of courtesy, all participants are required to move to the left when they hear this. Lost & Found • If you have lost or have found an item, please approach the information booth. • At the end of the event, found items will be transported to the Race Organiser’s Office at 52 Ubi Avenue 3 Frontier #04-41 Singapore 408867. What started out as a family activity grew to become a prominent ensemble that is constantly expanding and evolving. HIBIKIYA performs extensively in Singapore as well as other countries such as USA, Qatar, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Brunei.
