DÉCISION DE LA COMMISSION du 26 janvier 1994 établissant , pour la période 1994-1999 , la liste des zones rurales concernées par l'objectif n° 5 b ) tel que défini par le règlement ( CEE ) n° 2052/88 du Conseil

LA COMMISSION DES COMMUNAUTES EUROPEENNES , considérant que les zones énumérées à l'annexe de la présente décision satisfont aux critères de sélection de l'article 11 bis du règlement ( CEE ) n° 2052/88 et qu'elles vu le traité instituant la Communauté européenne, ont été identifiées comme étant les zones souffrant des problèmes de développement rural les plus graves ; vu le règlement ( CEE ) n° 2052/88 du Conseil , du 24 juin considérant que les mesures prévues dans la présente 1988 , concernant les missions des Fonds à finalité struc décision sont conformes à l'avis du comité des structures turelle , leur efficacité ainsi que la coordination de leurs agricoles et du développement rural , interventions entre elles et celles de la Banque européenne d'investissement et des autres instruments financiers exis tants ('), modifié par le règlement ( CEE ) n" 2081 /93 ( 2 ), A ARRÊTÉ LA PRÉSENTE DÉCISION : et notamment son article 11 bis paragraphe 3 ,
