I seek your protection itself and in the next financial year adequate funds should be allotted for the construction of the line. I want Please see parts from (d) to (g) of the question, All these questions are such that the answers are available to know the hon Minister's reaction on this matter. So with the Ministry, here itself Yet the hon Minister it is a question. Sir preferred to say that the information was being collected MR, SPEAKER : It is a suggestion I am sorry and would be laid on the Table of the Lok Sabha. The PROF. PJ. KURIEN : Sir. KURIEN : Sir the funds are not adequate for the survey. That is the position The Minister should MR. SPEAKER : Prof. Kurien. I want to say one allot adequate funds tor the survey thing. If an hon Member cannot frame his question within two minutes, the question automatically stands [Translation] not admitted SHRI RAM VILAS PASWAN Mr. Speaker. Sir. as far PROF. PJ. KURIEN : Sir I am one who very much as funds are concerned. I would like to know from the appreciates and accepts your point. But I do not know hon ble Member whether he is concerned about the why you started it today. From tomorrow onwards I will survey or the funds9 obey that. I accept it. but from tomorrow onwards MR. KURIEN : Sir. what I want is that the second supplementary. sector from Trivandrum-Kayamkulam via Kottayam and Alleppey should be immediately doubled. [Translation] The hon Minister has accepted it in principle and SHRI THAWAR CHAND GEHLOT : Mr Speaker. Sir sanctioned only a paltry sum of Rs two lakh That is he has stated in his reply that a target has been fixed inadequate Therefore, I want that adequate funds tor doubling the Bolai-Kalisindh-Kisauni-Berchha and should be allotted for the survey of Ernakulam- Maxi-Pirumrod rail lines, as has appeared at serial No 37 Kottayam-Kayamkulam sector via Alleppey He has of page 7 of the list. He has mentioned in his reply that accepted it in principle, but adequate funds should be Rs.1.5 crore have been spent on it so far. Sir. I would allotted for It. The survey should be completed this year like to know the details of this expenditure. SHRI RAM VILAS PASWAN : I have not understood solution to this problem But there is delay in its doubling his question. and. as a result thereof not only the road traffic but SHRI THAWAR CHAND GEHLOT Mr. Speaker. Sir. trains are also affected in your reply you have I have asked a clear question and I repeat it again The somewhere stated that the work is in progress but target date fixed for doubling the Bolai-Kalisindh-Kisaum- somewhere is has been mentioned that tenders are* Berchha and Maxi-Pirumrod rail line as appearing at being invited. I would like to know from the hon’ble serial numbei 37 in the list, is mentioned and it has Minister as to whether all these works would be been stated that Rs. 15 crore have been spent on it so completed by the end of this financial year9 Can you far. but no work has been done in this regard I would fix a time limit for completion of doubling work9 like to know from the hon ble Minister as to where this SHRI RAM VILAS PASWAN Mr Speaker. First wise and state-wise the details of lines on which we fix the priority and then selection is made on its works are doubling in progress the amount spent in basis.
