I am satisfied only with the faculty members.

Placements: About 70% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary

package offered is 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies like CarDekho, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. Top roles, like a developer, intern, etc., are offered to the students. I don't know about the salary package offered in our course. Almost 80% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like CarDekho, Microsoft and Wipro.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility available in our college is just average. Labs are good, and

libraries are also good. Food served in the hostel is average. Sports facilities are good. Medical facilities are average. Food served in the canteen is also good.

Faculty: Some teachers in our college are very helpful. Their teaching quality is good. They all are highly knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. B. Tech is the most required and demanding course nowadays, as technology is getting a high and better day by day.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest. Many things should be improved in our course. Many events are organised at our college. It is a good university for conducting events and activities.

Great infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placement rate of our college is decent. About 70% of the students from senior got placed in reputed companies. Top recruiters of our college were Sun Pharma, Wipro, CarDekho etc. The highest package offered was 13 LPA and the average package offered was 5 LPA. The college also provides internship offers. The average stipend offered was Rs. 5000 per month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is also good. The labs are well maintained

and the Wi-Fi is available for every student. Libraries have ample number of books for our course. Every facility from sports to medical is available in the college. Canteen food is hygienic but the mess food is not good.

Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable. They help every student and also provide extra study material. Classes are well scheduled. The course curriculum is relevant and upto date. It enhances the thinking skills of students and thus make them industry ready.

Achieve dreams with the great support of faculty.

Placements: So far the placements of my seniors and the current batches are tremendous. The students get an opportunity to worked in DRDO, Wipro and many well-known companies. The main focus of the placement cell is totally in startup companies. 80 percent students get placed in multinational companies. The highest package was 15 lakhs and the average package was 5 lakhs. There are many companies like Tommy Fringers, Virtuous Solutions and Birla Life Insurance. The students are also given an opportunity for offcampus selections and as well as they can apply online and the recommendation letters are provided to each individual. The students get the role in their specific interest. For instance, I got an opportunity to work in DRDO as a research intern in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Some of the students having an interest in programming were interns in Accenture. The average stipend provided to the student is 15000 rupees per month. Overall, the placement cell helps and supports a lot and never demotivated students to reach to their dream job.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure on the campus is good. Medical Facilities are provided

for 24 hours and if the student is in serious condition than an individual is taken immediately to the hospital for the fruitful treatment to be provided to the individual. Sports faculty members are there who provide all the equipment which the student wants. The most played games in our university are football, table-tennis and cricket. The quality of classrooms is awesome. The teaching is been done in a digital format through presentations and real-life examples which develop the interest in the student and they can understand the things very quickly. The quality of food available in the canteen is the best. Most importantly, the food is hygienic and healthy. The labs have been reconstructed to make it better. There is Cloud Computing lab where the students are provided with the AWS services and as well as they can work on research. The hostel rooms are not so good. Due to the lack of renewal, students do not value the things provided to them. Except for the hostel infrastructure, I am completely happy with the campus infrastructure.

Faculty: I am honoured to get a golden opportunity and have such cooperative and supportive faculty members. They motivate the students who are facing difficulties to understand the particular concepts. Special tutorial classes are organised to clarify the doubts. If the students are interested in research in a particular field, then they help the students. The faculty members are not having a book-based knowledge. They explain the concepts by taking real-life examples. Students do not learn the things as they are required to read and make the notes what they able to understand which helps the students to gain

advance knowledge. The course curriculum was also different which provides the students to choose the subjects of their own choice and the concept of liberal arts is involved which also helps the students to gain knowledge in different sectors. This helps in their overall development.

Other: The university basically focuses on the improvement of students. They provide the platform to explore in different domains. The students are provided great support and the students get an opportunity to work for companies like Microsoft, Redhat, Google and DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation).

Average placements, healthy environment, and poor quality of education.

Placements: The number of students was far too less in mechanical engineering (18 in number) and most of the students were ignoring the interview calls from companies led by the placement committee to the respective venues as well as most of them were incompetent. However, the number of students placed were 6-7 students. The lowest salary offer was Rs. 10,000 monthly and the highest salary offered was Rs. 22,000. No company ever visits the campus for placements. All the interviews were off-campus and most of them were joint-campus selection with at least 6-7 other colleges and universities present. Most of the companies where the interviews were held were walk-in interview. The companies are Rapid Metro Gurgaon, offering a position of asst. station controller (non- technical profile salary- Rs. 19,000); Huber Suhner( graduate engineer trainee at purchase departmentoffered salary Rs. 22,000); Cera(management trainee- offered salary- Rs. 21,000), Jtekt Sona Automotive India Ltd. (G.E.T. process engineering department salary offered- Rs. 20,000). Support from various organisations like Co-cubes online examination was also taken providing the job profile at the J.B.M. group in the manufacturing department. Other companies include several small scale industries with pay scale less than Rs. 14,000 monthly. Low job securities in most of the placements. Some students were provided with internships in companies like Uno Minda industries Ltd. etc. Others were asked to search for it themselves.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection had a varying speed from low to moderate. Poor medical

facilities and incompetent doctor at the university. Sports facilities include a football ground, 2 basketball ground and few of athletic events. Gym facility with a competent trainer was also provided. The quality of labs was poor with low tech and obsolete machine

Disclaimer: This PDF is auto-generated based on the information available on Shiksha as on 30-Sep-2021.

equipment. No funding support was provided by the university for student project development. The quality of food was between good and average mostly satisfactory as compared to other universities. The hostel rooms are expensive with good facilities and average quality of living. The infrastructure of the classrooms was good with projector facilities but poor lab facilities.

Faculty: Some faculty members were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, however, most of the faculty members were lazy and incompetent. Teaching methods were mostly powerpoint presentations and whiteboard explanations. There were only a few books in the library, related to my core branch. The course structure and examinations of the core subjects were quite less and easy compared to other universities. The number of students was 18 and the faculty members were 4-5. The so-called liberal art subjects made the students concentrate less on their core branch subjects due to extreme assignment pressure provided by the liberal arts subjects and which was completely non- essential for the students' development as per the industry standards. The overall education standards were incompetent.

Other: High academic & hostel fees along with hidden expenses such as hostel form fees, admit card fees, migration certificate fees, 1-day late submission fees fine, etc. An extremely poor senior management team of the university. However, placements are average.

A unique university experience with optimum exposure.

Placements: Honestly speaking, the placement totally depends upon the students. Some students have not got the job yet, and there are also students like me who were placed before the completion of the 7th-semester exam. There are students from computer science who are placed with a package of more than nine lacs PA. The average package received by the students of Apeejay Stya University would be around 3.20 -3.50 lacs PA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The university has Wifi, and the library opens up

to 8 PM every day. The sports facility is impressive; they have the basketball court and a football court accessible up to ten PM every day, whereas the badminton court and table tennis boards can be accessed by the hostel students anytime. If talking about food, I used to hate the food when I was in the college but when I came out of the college, I realized that

Disclaimer: This PDF is auto-generated based on the information available on Shiksha as on 30-Sep-2021.

the food I was getting was way better than the food I am getting in my current PG. Faculty: The strength of the students was less in my college; we had only seventeen students in our batch. There were around 6-7 faculty members in our departments. Some of the teachers were of below standards. However, we were exposed to the industrial experience as we were required to complete a 45-days internship from the given industries.

Other: If you have more than 90% marks in your 12th, then this college is for you. They have a scholarship scheme under which they waive off 90 % fee of such students. This scholarship has helped me a lot. You can take leverage of the major-minor policy. I have a major in mechanical and a minor in management.

1st liberal Arts and Meta University with the completely different curriculum as compared to other colleges. Top management is at the poor level. Very few students so it doesn't feel like a college. Teachers had less of industry knowledge which is required now. But curriculum activities are very nice and different.

I joined this college when it used to be Apeejay College of Engineering. Those were the golden days of this college, I believe. Gradually the college moved towards a major downfall, mismanagement, disciplinary issues, inexperienced faculty were few of the common issues.

Apeejay Satya University is an average college for the average students. The good part about the university is its faculty. The faculty is old and experienced. The infrastructure is decent. The only concern is its remorse location. It has poor connectivity to Gurgaon, Faridabad and Delhi. The placements are however good. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro and Accenture and etc. visit our campus. They do mass recruitment.

Our university does not have a great infrastructure, but it ensures good education.

Placements: Apeejay Stya University students got placed with salary packages of up to 12 LPA. Students get internships and placements from companies like Accenture, Abbott, AON, Asian Paints, BBC, Big Bazaar, Citibank, Dabur, Infosys, HSBC, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very nice. There are 75 spacious

classrooms in our college which are well-lit, well ventilated and divided between two blocks. Labs have all equipment and are hygienic, and there is also a medical room for an emergency. Moreover, it is a Wi-Fi enabled campus and has a big playground.

Faculty: Apeejay Stya University is India's first liberal arts university. I suggest students enroll in a course from one of the eleven broad categories and get holistic education at ASU with the core. Faculty members at ASU are great and also quite supportive of the students.

Other: ASU organises annual fests within the university. Students from other universities can also take part in the events and fests. ASU also offers decent scholarships to academic achievers.
