Placements: The number of students was far too less in mechanical engineering (18 in number) and most of the students were ignoring the interview calls from companies led by the placement committee to the respective venues as well as most of them were incompetent. However, the number of students placed were 6-7 students. The lowest salary offer was Rs. 10,000 monthly and the highest salary offered was Rs. 22,000. No company ever visits the campus for placements. All the interviews were off-campus and most of them were joint-campus selection with at least 6-7 other colleges and universities present.
