    SECRE TARIA DE ESTADO DE RELACIONES CON LAS CORTES RESPUESTA DEL GOBIERNO (184) PREGUNTA ESCRITA CONGRESO 184/5994 23/12/2016 13243 AUTOR/A: SERRANO JIMÉNEZ, María Jesús (GS); LUENA LÓPEZ, César (GS) RESPUESTA: En relación con la pregunta de referencia, se indica que, consultado el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos del Estado (IGBDE), gestionado por la Dirección General del Patrimonio del Estado del Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública, se adjuntan anexos I y II (bienes en propiedad y en arrendamiento respectivamente), de la provincia solicitada. Respecto a la información contenida en los anexos se señala lo siguiente: 1) De conformidad con el artículo 33.3 de la Ley 33/2003, de 3 de noviembre, del Patrimonio de las Administraciones Públicas, las unidades competentes en materia patrimonial de los departamentos ministeriales y organismos públicos vinculados a la Administración General del Estado, o dependientes de ella, gestionan el inventario de los bienes y derechos del Patrimonio del Estado de dominio público sometidos a una legislación especial cuya administración y gestión tengan encomendadas y el de las infraestructuras de titularidad estatal sobre las que ostenten competencias de administración y gestión. Estos inmuebles estatales no se registran en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos del Estado, gestionado por la referida Dirección General del Patrimonio del Estado, sino en el inventario o registro especial llevado por los órganos gestores. 2) Por valor contable ha de entenderse, en principio, el valor de adquisición más las mejoras e inversiones que tuvieran lugar en el mismo. Si el inmueble es amortizable se incorpora el dato de la amortización acumulada correspondiente.

En este trabajo nues tro objetivo es estudiar el patrimonio que correspondió a uno de estos segundones, Sancho de Velasco. Para su tercer hijo varón, el conde de Haro creó un pequeño pero bien definido seño río cuyos dominios se situaban en tierras de La Rioja. La villa principal de este señorío era Arnedo. Sancho de Velasco y sus inmediatos sucesores se encargarían de engrandecer estos dominios iniciales entre los siglos XV y XVI mediante compras, trueques, y acertadas alianzas matrimoniales. Uno de estos enlaces depararía a esta rama colateral de los Velasco la suerte de ostentar el título de Condes de Nieva 2. A fines del siglo XVI, y por los llamamientos exigidos en el mayorazgo, el señorío de Arnedo fue nuevamente incorporado al tronco principal de los Velasco El mayorazgo que Sancho de Velasco recibió de su progenitor en 1458 se componía de los siguientes bienes la villa de Arnedo con su fortaleza y aldeas, los lugares de Nieva, Torre, Luezas, Arenzana, Uruñuela y Mahave y las casas de Nájera.

    RESUMEN SITUACIÓN ENFERMEDAD POR CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19) EN LA RIOJA. 11 DE MAYO DE 2020 A 28 DE FEBRERO DE 2021. Desde el inicio de la nueva estrategia de vigilancia de la enfermedad por coronavirus (COVID 19) a partir del 11 de mayo de 2020 se han detectado en La Rioja 22.870 casos. De éstos, 103 en los últimos 7 días, dando lugar a una incidencia acumulada (IA) de casos de Covid-19 de 32,51 casos por 100.000 habitantes, y 261 en los últimos 14 días (IA: 82,39 casos por 100.000 habitantes) (Figuras 1 y 2). Figura 1. Evolución número de casos por fecha de diagnóstico. La Rioja. 1a. Evolución del número de casos desde el 11/05/2020. 1b. Evolución del número de casos en los últimos 14 días. La tendencia descrita por la incidencia acumulada en 14 días muestra una incidencia baja y estable durante los meses de mayo, junio y julio. A partir de la primera semana de agosto se observa una tendencia ascendente que se mantiene hasta finales de ese mismo mes cuando la incidencia alcanza una meseta en torno a los 360 casos por 100.000 habitantes. A mediados de septiembre se observa un pico con 490 casos por 100.000 habitantes. En torno al 12 de octubre la incidencia comienza a subir nuevamente para llegar a una meseta con un descenso posterior que comienza en torno al 11 de noviembre, tendencia descendente que posteriormente se consolida. A partir del 14 de diciembre la tendencia cambia y comienza una nueva fase ascendente de crecimiento lento.

Veremos desfilar hechos y años, la República de 1931, los conflictos de 1933 o 1934, el Frente Popular en 1936, la sublevación del 18 de julio y la guerra que no terminó en abril de 1939. El Anexo 1 se convierte en parte fundamental del artículo, ofreciendo las listas de los calagurritanos asesinados en las dos retaguardias (especialmente en la franquista, en Calahorra sin ir más lejos) y de los calagurritanos muertos en el frente de los dos ejércitos (especialmente en el llamado nacional). Abstract This paper discusses constraints and consequences resulted from the author’s research on life and death in La Rioja during the Spanish Civil War, emphasizing Calahorra’s case. The following facts and years will be tackled: the 1931 Republic, conflicts between 1933 and 1934, the Popular Front’s strategy in 1936, the uprising of 18th July and the war which was not over in April 1939.
