The atmosphere was one of fun and participation. Our students are to be congratulated on their enthusiasm, willingness to have a go and swim for their team. I had so many people comment to me on the day that they enjoyed the day and the way in which our school community worked so well together supporting all our students. A very special Term 1 2015 thanks to Ian Langridge and our P&C for doing Calendar such a great job looking after students, staff and spectators. *Please note dates from week to week as there are occasionally some changes. We will complete our relay events tomorrow. Week 5 Would you believe we ran out of time because Tues., 24th February Ms Sheehan’s Parent we had so many enthusiastic students keen to Information Meeting participate in all events. I also believe that the 7.00-8.00pm Wed., 25th Feb Mrs Robertson’s Parent Goolgowi Swim Club is also responsible for Information Meeting 3.30 encouraging and fostering a love of swimming Thurs., 26th February Zone Swimming Carnival for our Goolgowi kids. Participating in time trials Fri., 27th February Clean Up Australia Day on a Friday, at the local pool, in Goolgowi is an Whole School Assembly excellent community event that Goolgowi can - 12.00pm Week 6 boast about.
