Who: Pro Football Hall of Famer and Cancer Survivor Mike Haynes

• Former NFL who played for the and the Los Angeles Raiders • Elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1997 • Played on the Raiders with 2015 enshrinee Tim Brown in 1988 and 1989 • Diagnosed at a prostate cancer screening event at the Pro Football Hall of Fame and now serves as the spokesperson for the Know Your Stats® campaign, speaking on their behalf to educate and encourage men to be proactive about their prostate health • Haynes was a two-time All-America selection at (1972-75). In 2001, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame

What: Mike is available to talk about his career, football topics, teammate Tim Brown’s upcoming induction into the Hall of Fame and the Know Your Stats® campaign.

Facts: About prostate cancer: • Affects one in seven men, but the odds increase to one in five if they are African American and one in three if they have a family history • Is the second leading cause of cancer-related death among men, and there are often no symptoms • Luckily, the five-year survival rate is nearly 100 percent for people who detect and treat the disease early
