Lauder Institute of Management & International Studies was founded by brothers Leonard and Ronald Lauder in 1983 in honor of their father, Joseph H. Lauder. The Lauder Institute is a pioneering joint degree program for aspiring global business leaders. Lauder students earn a Wharton School MBA plus an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.* We combine a top-ranked business degree with intercultural leadership skills, interdisciplinary coursework, language studies, and research — providing a foundation for our graduates to excel in careers around the world throughout their professional lives.
