PLATINUM SPONSOR The Expo provided an environment in which participants, parents, carers and NDIS service providers could connect and engage. More than 170 providers as well as a tailored Concierge service were on hand to help attendees navigate the complexities of the NDIS. With a combined PR and social media reach of over 17.52 million pople, over the two days 3,482 visitors attended the Expo. With 79% of visitors and 73% of exhibitors rating their experience of 8 or above out of 10. EXPO FEATURES Free Concierge - NDIS Skilled Support Staff On Hand Each Day Our team of concierge staff supported exhibitors and participants throughout both days, answering questions and offering guidance and support to attendees. Concierge staff ensured that Exhibitors attracted consistent, relevant connections. Exhibitors and Displays from Service Providers The Expo featured up to 172 exhibitors, with a focus on resources, equipment, and therapeutic services. The wide range of service providers attracted a large number of attendees, giving exhibitors the opportunity to meet and acquire potential clients. Connection Sessions with Service Providers Our online booking system allowed attendees to book one-on-one meetings with exhibitors so they could have personal conversations and offer solutions throughout the Expo. Private meeting spaces were provided, offering a safe setting for 30-minute face-to-face meetings. EXPO Magazine Our magazine contained 60 of Queensland’s leading NDIS Providers showcasing their specialities in a mixture of 1/4, half and, full and double page ads. The magazine is a key feature of the Expos as each visitor is given one and it demonstrates the depth and breadth of providers from each region.
