Directly Observed Treatment (DOT) is considered as the universal "standard of care" To develop a TB VOT implementation and has proven to be an effective method to ensure therapeutic compliance. plan in a health zone. Resource constraints and technology improvements are generating increased efforts in local TB control programs to develop efficient strategies to ensure patient adherence to appropriate treatments. One example is video observed therapy (VOT) in which the observation is performed through a live video connection. We analyze the current situation of DOT in our health zone. We design the new program by estimating the relevant requirements: patient enrolment criteria, staffing, technology and costs incurred (time of observation, medication, equipment and communication systems) from the perspective of the national health system. E-mail address: 9 [email protected]. 10 11 ABSTRACT 12 The efficiency of home composting programmes and the quality of the produced 13 compost was evaluated in eight rural areas carrying out home composting programmes 14 (up to 880 composting bins) for all household biowaste including meat and fish 15 leftovers. Efficiency was analysed in terms of reduction of organic waste collected by 16 the municipal services. An efficiency of 77% on average was obtained, corresponding to 17 a composting rate of 126 kg/person·year of biowaste (or 380 kg/composter·year). 18 Compost quality was determined for a total of 90 composting bins. The operation of 19 composting bins by users was successful, as indicated by a low C/N ratio (10-15), low 20 inappropriate materials (or physical contaminant materials, mean of 0.27±0.44 % dry 21 matter), low heavy metal content (94% of samples met required standards for 22 agricultural use) and high nutrient content (2.1% N, 0.6% P, 2.5% K, 0.7% Mg and 23 3.7% Ca on average, dry matter). The high moisture (above 70% in 48% of the samples) 24 did not compromise the compost quality. Results of this study show that home 25 composting of household organic waste including meat and fish leftovers is a feasible 26 practice.

Proven and Probable Ore Reserves, in accordance with JORC 2012 code, are estimated to be 4.593 million tonnes at a grade of 0.148% WO3 (cut-off 0.05%). The PFS only focuses on the near surface resources with substantial upside available from recommissioning the high-grade underground operation (underway) and through additional drilling of identified mineralisation within the quarry area that is targeted to be converted to indicated or measured resource and be added to the mine plan (scheduled for early 2021). Rafaella Resources will now look to move directly to development and commissioning of the Project with first sales targeted for the end of 2021. Recommissioning of the underground operation, the economics of which are not included in this PFS, has already commenced. Rafaella Resources Limited (ASX:RFR) (‘Rafaella’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce the results of a detailed pre-feasibility study (PFS) conducted in-house with the support of industry leading consultants. The PFS follows the recent drilling campaign that resulted in an upgraded Mineral Resource Estimate announced in July1 and the results of extensive metallurgical test work on the disseminated near surface mineralisation2.
