Flexible guiding offers members choices about when and where they meet. The meeting place and location of a unit should be altered within reason to respond to those who aren’t able to attend or commit to the traditional weekly evening meeting, this helps to meet the needs of a diverse range of girls and volunteers Girlguiding’s plan, Being our best, outlines the commitments it plans to make by 2020.
