General Policies
Keney Park Golf Course offers Outings 7 Days a week o Monday - Thursday at 10:30am (minimum 40 players for a shotgun) o Fridays at 12:00pm (minimum 50 players for modified shotgun & 100 for closed course shotgun) o Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays at 1:00pm (minimum of 100 players for shotgun) Tee Time Slots are available for smaller outing groups. Two weeks prior to the scheduled outing we require an estimated number of guests. Seven days prior to the event we require a guaranteed (billable) number of guests. The invoice less the deposit is due upon completion of event. Proper Etiquette, and KPGC rules regarding Dress Code, garbage on the course, and divot/ball mark repair are expected to be followed. KPGC has a fleet of 60 golf cars, which can accommodate 120 players. If your tournament exceeds 120 players, additional golf cars will need to be rented. The cars must be rented in blocks of 10 and the Tournament is responsible for the cost. Arrangements must be made one week prior to the tournament date. All Food and Beverage arrangements must be made through The Tavern at Keney Park. Fees Fee includes: 18 holes of Golf with a Golf Car, Tournament Setup (Cart Signs, Scorecards, Player’s Lists), Player Assistance, On-Course Setup, $5 per person golf shop credit (Prizes), Event Scoring and a Food & Beverage Package. Dinner Start off with a Market Table of various vegetables, assorted cheeses, homemade chips and fondue while golfers are finishing their round.

Rules and Regulations
1. All outings must make an attempt to finish play within 4 ½ hours from your start time. Pace of Play Policy will be enforced.
2. In case of inclement weather, a decision will be made within two hours of the scheduled start time of your tournament. If the course is closed due to lightning, play will be suspended and staff will determine if play can resume that day. If the golf course is open, you are expected to play. Food & Beverage package will be served as scheduled.
3. The outing is responsible for removal of all signage and other items on the golf course. KPGC will not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged items left on the golf course.
4. The tournament is financially responsible for any and all damages to the golf course and golf cars from neglect, incorrect usage, recklessness and disregard. TavernKP does not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or article left in the facility prior to, during, or following the event.
5. Metal spikes are not allowed and appropriate golf attire must be worn (no cutoffs, no sleeveless shirts).
6. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the facility by the patron or any of the patron's guests or invitees without prior approval from management. If food or beverage is brought into Tavern KP, it must come from a certified / licensed distributor for public consumption. Tavern KP is not responsible for food or beverage brought from the outside. Tavern KP reserves the right to impose a room rental or labor charge fee for any outside food, beverage or vendors brought on property.
7. Alcoholic beverages are NOT ALLOWED on the golf course unless purchased through TavernKP in accordance with CT State Liquor Laws. Tavern KP reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any customer.
8. Keney Park Golf Course will assume no responsibility for injury on the golf course.
9. Tournament participants are expected to leave the course in the condition in which it was found. Please fix ball marks, divots and rake bunkers.
10. There are no extra holes or replays. An outing round is for 18 holes with a golf car. Any participant wishing to play more golf can purchase a greens fee ticket from the golf shop.
11. All golfers are expected to follow general golf course etiquette guidelines. Disciplinary action may occur as a result of dangerous and irresponsible actions.
12. All tournaments are required to pay for their tournament on the day of the event. No exceptions. If payment is made utilizing a credit card for the final balance, a 3% administration convenience fee will be added to the total invoice.
13. A Non-Refundable deposit of $500 along with a signed contract is required to reserve a date.

These prices do not include 6.35% Sales Tax. This will be added to the final bill unless tax exemption certificate is presented. Your final bill will be a reflection of player count 7 days in advance of your outing

As Tournament Director, I agree to inform all tournament participants and all other persons involved with the tournament of all rules pertaining to the use of the golf course, golf cars and event.
