With the theme ‘Advancing science and improving care’ we aim to update recent developments in the field of ID, targeting infections in a variety of hosts including the immuno-compromised, effects of immuno-modulation, PK/PD of antibiotics, tropical infections, tuberculosis, invasive fungal infections, transplant ID, HIV & AIDS, antimicrobial stewardship, infection control and many more! This veritable feast will have many National and International stars as faculty.

CIDS, since its inception, has been striving hard not only to enhance and share the treasure of knowledge amongst the medical fraternity, but has also been taking measures to help implement evolving trends to improve our practice in the field of ID.

Places of Interest in Nagpur A sacred monument of Buddhism at the place where the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, went back to Buddhism with his about 600,000 followers.

Ambazari Lake : Lake and garden Ambazari lake is situated near the Southwest border of Nagpur. It is the largest lake in the city. of Nagpur originates from this lake. The garden was established in 1958 on an area of 18 acres of land. The musical fountain, various electric rides and amusement games are there in the garden. The garden also offers boating facilities and walking trails as an outdoor activity Futala Lake One of the lakes in Nagpur in the Indian state of Maharashtra.The lake is spread over 60 acres.[1] Built by Bhosle kings of Nagpur, the lake is known for its coloured fountains. In the evenings the place is illuminated with halogen lights and Tanga (carriage) ride. The lake is surrounded on three sides by forest and a landscaped Chowpatty on one side. Maharajbagh Zoo The central zoo of Nagpur. The zoo is located in the heart of the city and has been built on the garden of the Bhonsle and rulers of the city. The zoo is home to leopards, lion, tiger, peacock and other animals.
