THIS GATE WILL BE CLOSED AT 9.30 AM, AFTER THIS TIME ENTRY WILL BE VIA THE PUBLIC GATE ENTRANCE ONLY AND IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE DISPLAY AREA WITH YOUR VEHICLE, DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. ENTRY IS FREE, DETAILS WILL BE DISPATCHED APPROXIMATELY 2/3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Further wristbands will be sent on receipt of the appropriate payment, as indicated on your completed entry form. By signing overleaf means you have read and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please make sure that your exhibit is adequately insured. 1. ‘Heveningham Hall Country Fair Trust’ cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of any description prior to or during the staging of this event. 2. All drivers of vehicles shall hold and not be disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence to drive a vehicle of the appropriate class. 3. Please follow stewards instruction at all times; failure to so may cause your removal from the site. 4. Vehicles must abide by the on-site speed limit of 5 mph to and from the display area. 5. Acceptance is at the Organisers’ discretion and their decision is final. 6. ‘Banksman’ is needed while reversing vehicles or trailers. 7. Refuelling is not permitted for vehicles. 8. NO EXCEPTIONS - ALL EXHIBITORS AND HELPERS MUST WEAR A WRISTBAND BEFORE ENTRY, ENTRY WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT A WRISTBAND SUBJECT TO NUMBER OF ENTRIES THERE WILL BE A TRACTOR PARADE WITH COMMENTARY AT THE END OF EACH DAY. CAMPING IS AVAILABLE AT VALLEY FARM CAMPSITE, DETAILS WILL BE SENT OUT WITH EXHIBITORS PACK. ENTRY TIMES: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 27TH & 28TH JUNE : 7 AM TO 9.30 AM. Opening Hours for General Public: 10 AM TO 5 PM both days Exhibits must remain on site until 5 p.m PLEASE NOTE NO VEHICLE ARRIVING AFTER 9.30 AM WILL BE ADMITTED VIA GATE ‘B’ OR WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE DISPLAY AREA.
