The IaaS service model in Cloud Computing offers a flexible and easy way
The DZ e-Science Grid is the National Algerian Grid infrastructure which is

participating to European Grid projects: Eumedgrid, Eumedgrid-Support and CHAIN-REDS. It represents a suitable environment to validate the GRID- CLOUD integration. to rent virtual resources on demand. The academic sector have also taken notice and are investigating how Cloud technology can provide results more quickly and at lower cost in order to deploy grid services.

DZ e-Science Grid over the Cloud aims to introduce the Cloud management system within the grid administrative domain as a private Cloud,

while separating within the same grid administrative domain, grid services management responsibilities and Cloud resources management responsibilities.

DZ e-Science Grid over the Cloud is part of the EGI Federated Cloud which is a standards-based open cloud system that offers a scalable and

flexible e-infrastructure to the European research community and extends the EGI computational offer beyond the traditional High

Throughput Computing of the grid plat-form with new models like long-lived services and on demand computation.

RAPPORT DE SITUATION SUR L’EPIDEMIE DU COVID-19 en Algérie Date de début Le premier cas positif a été déclaré le 25 février 2020 Rapport N° 110 Date du rapport : 10 Juillet 2020 Date des Données 09 Juillet 2020 à 16H Quatre cent soixante (460) nouveaux cas de COVID-19 ont été notifiés le 09 juillet 2020 portant le total des cas à 17 808 depuis le début de l’épidémie ; Dix (10) nouveaux décès ont été notifiés ce jour portant le total à neuf cent quatre-vingt- huit (988) décès de cas confirmés depuis le début de l’épidémie (létalité des cas confirmés par PCR : 5,55%) ; Dix (10) wilayas sur les 48 n’ont pas notifié de nouveaux cas confirmés pendant les dernières 24 heures ; Trois cent huit (308) patients parmi les cas confirmés ont été sortis de l’hôpital guérit ce jour après des tests de contrôle négatifs portant le nombre total des patients sortis de l’hôpital depuis le début de l’épidémie à 12 637 ; Cinquante-trois (53) patients COVID-19 sont sous assistance respiratoire dans les services de soins intensifs sur l’ensemble du pays ; Maintien du confinement jusqu’au 13 juillet 2020 pour 29 wilayas dont Alger et Blida avec aménagement des horaires de 20h00 à 05h00 du matin. The Child Rights Governance Programme in Save the Children Sweden’s Regional Office for the Mid- dle East and North Africa implemented the activities of the Manara Network: A Civil Society for Child’s Rights in the Middle East and North Africa Region. Work on Child Rights Governance aims to build societies that fulfil children rights by establishing and strengthen- ing the infrastructure necessary for states to effectively implement the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and other child rights obligations. It seeks to support a vibrant civil society pushing children up the po- litical agenda and holding states to account for what they have or haven’t done to realise children’s rights. It is an ef- fective strategy for impacting at scale the lives of millions of children, resulting in structural and lasting change. `` RAPPORT DE SITUATION SUR L’EPIDEMIE DU COVID-19 EN ALGERIE Date de début Le premier cas positif a été déclaré le 25 février 2020 Rapport N° 283 Date du rapport : 05 janvier 2021 Date des Données 04 janvier 2021 237 nouveaux cas de COVID-19 ont été notifiés le 04 janvier 2021, soit un total de 100 645 cas, depuis le début de l’épidémie. Le taux d’incidence national est de 229,26 pour 100 000 habitants ; 05 Nouveaux décès ont été enregistrés durant les dernières 24 heures, soit un total de 2 777 décès depuis le début de l’épidémie. Le taux de létalité au niveau national est de 2,76 % ; 23 wilayas sur les 48 n’ont pas notifié de nouveaux cas confirmés pendant les dernières 24 heures ; 191 patients parmi les cas confirmés sont déclarés guéris le 04 janvier 2021, soit un total de 67 999 patients guéris depuis le début de l’épidémie ; 27 patients COVID-19 sont sous assistance respiratoire dans les services de soins intensifs sur l’ensemble du territoire national ; Contexte Le 1er cas, un ressortissant italien, a été notifié le 25 février 2020 dans une base de vie à Hassi Messaoud dans la wilaya de Ouargla. A partir du 02 mars 2020 un foyer a été détecté dans la wilaya de Blida pour donner suite à une alerte lancée par la France après la confirmation au COVID-19 de deux citoyens Algériens résidant en France ayant séjourné en Algérie. Depuis l’épidémie s’est étendue à l’ensemble du territoire national.

Saharan Atlas and is abiotically unsuitable for this newt nebulosus (Guichenot, 1850), P. poireti (Gervais, species (see Ben Hassine and Escoriza, 2017; Achour 1835), and P. waltl Michahelles, 1830 (Frost, 2021). and Kalboussi, 2020). Country Advice Algeria Algeria – DZA35742 – GIA – State protection – Internal relocation 3 December 2009 1 Please provide information on the GIA, including size, structure, mode of operation, and how powerful they are in Bouira. Country information indicates that the Armed Islamic Group (Groupe Islamiqe Armé – GIA) was founded in 1992 with the aim to overthrow the Algerian regime and put in place a state governed by Sharia law. The group emerged as the most violent of the many fundamentalist organisations and it targeted civilians, government workers, police, journalists, feminists and foreigners. Following a ceasefire in October 1997 the GIA fell apart and is now largely defunct. One offshoot of the GIA was the Salafi Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) which became the al-Qa’ida in the Lands of the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM). Remnants of the GIA membership are with the AQIM, other groups or have surrendered. No information was found in the sources consulted on the structure of the GIA, its current mode of operation or how powerful it is in Bouira. However, Bouira, together with Tizi Ouzou and Boumerdes has been nicknamed the “triangle of death”, traditionally a stronghold for insurgents. The GIA was founded in 19921 and began its activity after the then military government in Algeria suspended legislative elections when the largest Islamic opposition party, the Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) was expected to win. The GIA aimed to overthrow the Algerian regime and put in place a state governed by Sharia law2. The group emerged as the most violent of the numerous fundamentalist organisations and targeted civilians and government workers, including police, government officials, journalists, feminists and foreigners3.
