TNT Summer Originals SAVING GRACE • Final Six Episodes begin Monday, May 24, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT) Three years ago, TNT brought viewers one of the most unique drama series on television. This summer, the extraordinary journey will end with the final six episodes. Starring Oscar®-winning actress Holly Hunter, SAVING GRACE focuses on gutsy Oklahoma City Police Det. Grace Hanadarko as she investigates brutal crimes while also trying to navigate her increasingly unusual life. Grace’s hard-and-fast lifestyle is often questioned by her unconventional last-chance angel, Earl (Leon Rippy). LEVERAGE • Season 3 premieres with back-to-back episodes Sunday, June 20, at 9 and 10 p.m. (ET/PT) One of television’s hottest series returns with Academy Award® winner Timothy Hutton as the head of a team of con artists who exact revenge against those who use power and wealth to victimize people. Gina Bellman, Christian Kane, Aldis Hodge and Beth Riesgraf also star. This summer, the team will come up against a mysterious figure known as “The Italian,” played by Elisabetta Canalis. HAWTHORNE • Season 2 premieres Tuesday, June 22, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) Jada Pinkett Smith returns for a second season as Christina Hawthorne, an impassioned Chief Nursing Officer, in TNT’s hit drama series. This year, Christina will undergo some of the biggest challenges of her career as she faces the possibility of the doors of Richmond Trinity closing permanently. Joining Pinkett Smith in HAWTHORNE is Michael Vartan as Dr. Tom Wakefield, who serves as director of medicine for the hospital and has a budding romantic relationship with Christina. MEMPHIS BEAT • New series premieres Tuesday, June 22, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT) Jason Lee stars in this offbeat new series as Dwight Hendricks, a quirky Memphis police detective with an intimate connection to the city, a passion for blues music and a close relationship with his mother. Emmy® winner Alfre Woodard plays Lt. Tanya Rice, a demanding boss determined to keep Dwight on a short leash. THE CLOSER • Season 6 premieres Monday, July 12, at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) After five seasons, this immensely popular crime drama continues to rank as cable’s #1 series of all time. This summer, the show returns for its sixth season of complex cases for Deputy Police Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, played with relish by Golden Globe winner Kyra Sedgwick. She’ll be joined once again by the show’s four-time SAG Award®-nominated ensemble cast. Last year, THE CLOSER averaged a cable-topping 7.9 million viewers. Thank yew very much! RIZZOLI & ISLES • New series premieres Monday, July 12, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT) TNT adds two more powerful women to its slate of strong female characters. Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander star as Boston detective Jane Rizzoli and medical examiner Maura Isles, good friends and sometimes partners who together solve crimes and bust some of Boston’s most notorious criminals. Rizzoli and Isles often find themselves working together as both use their brilliant minds and expertise to figure out the “who done it” as well as the “how done it” of Boston’s most complex cases. DARK BLUE • Season 2 premieres Wednesday, Aug. 4, at 10 p.m. (ET/PT) The streets of Los Angeles provide a dangerous playground for a unit of top-notch undercover cops determined to bring down the baddest of the bad. Dylan McDermott, Logan Marshall-Green, Omari Hardwick and Nicki Aycox star in this exciting, action-packed drama from blockbuster producer Jerry Bruckheimer. This summer, they’ll be recruited to work closely with an FBI agent, played by Battlestar Galactica’s Tricia Helfer. .
