A presente decisão define, ao nível da União, as zonas de proteção e de vigilância a estabelecer pelos Estados-Membros enumerados na lista constante do anexo da presente decisão no seguimento de um ou mais focos de gripe aviária de alta patogenicidade em aves de capoeira o o ou em aves em cativeiro, em conformidade com o artigo 16. , n. 1, da Diretiva 2005/94/CE, e a duração das medidas a aplicar em conformi­ o o o dade com o artigo 29. , n. 1, e o artigo 31. da Diretiva 2005/94/CE («Estados-Membros em causa»). ▼M14 A presente decisão estabelece igualmente, a nível da União, as outras zonas submetidas a restrições a estabelecer nos Estados-Membros em o o causa, tal como se refere no artigo 16. , n. 4, da Diretiva 2005/94/CE, na sequência de um foco ou focos de gripe aviária de alta patogenici­ dade, e a duração das medidas a aplicar nessas outras zonas submetidas a restrições. A presente decisão estabelece regras relativas à expedição de remessas de aves de capoeira vivas, pintos do dia e ovos para incubação a partir dos Estados-Membros em causa. ▼B o Artigo 2. Os Estados-membros em causa devem assegurar que: a) As zonas de proteção estabelecidas pelas respetivas autoridades com­ o o petentes em conformidade com o artigo 16. , n. 1, alínea a), da Diretiva 2005/94/CE englobam, pelo menos, as áreas definidas como zonas de proteção na parte A do anexo da presente decisão; b) As medidas a aplicar nas zonas de proteção, tal como disposto no o o artigo 29. , n. 1, da Diretiva 2005/94/CE, são mantidas no mínimo até às datas fixadas para as zonas de proteção estabelecidas na parte A do anexo da presente decisão. o Artigo 3. Os Estados-membros em causa devem assegurar que: a) As zonas de vigilância estabelecidas pelas respetivas autoridades o o competentes em conformidade com o artigo 16. , n. 1, alínea b), da Diretiva 2005/94/CE englobam, pelo menos, as áreas definidas como zonas de vigilância na parte B do anexo da presente decisão; 02017D0247 — PT — 21.10.2017 — 010.001 — 3 ▼B b) As medidas a aplicar nas zonas de vigilância, tal como disposto no o artigo 31. da Diretiva 2005/94/CE, são mantidas no mínimo até às datas fixadas para as zonas de vigilância estabelecidas na parte B do anexo da presente decisão. ▼M3 o Artigo 3. -A 1. Os Estados-Membros em causa devem proibir a expedição, com destino a outros Estados-Membros, de remessas de pintos do dia pro­ venientes das áreas definidas no anexo como zonas de proteção e de vigilância, exceto se a autoridade competente do Estado-Membro de expedição em causa autorizar o transporte direto de remessas de pintos do dia, sob reserva do cumprimento das seguintes condições: a) Os pintos do dia devem ter eclodido de ovos para incubação origi­ nários de aves de capoeira mantidas em estabelecimentos aprovados o em conformidade com o artigo 6. , alínea a), subalínea i), da Dire­ tiva 2009/158/CE do Conselho (1 ) (estabelecimentos aprovados) si­ tuados fora das áreas definidas como zonas de proteção e de vigi­ lância na parte A e na parte B do anexo da presente decisão; b) O estabelecimento aprovado de expedição (o centro de incubação de expedição) pode garantir, pela sua logística e condições de trabalho, que não houve nenhum contacto entre os pintos do dia e ovos para incubação referidos na alínea a) e quaisquer outros ovos de incuba­ ção e pintos do dia originários de aves de capoeira mantidas em estabelecimentos aprovados situados em áreas definidas no anexo como zonas de proteção e de vigilância; c) O centro de incubação de expedição deve estar situado fora das áreas definidas como zonas de proteção na parte A do anexo, mas pode estar situado dentro das áreas definidas como zonas de vigilância na parte B do anexo. 2. Os Estados-Membros em causa devem proibir a expedição de remessas de pintos do dia originários de ovos para incubação de aves de capoeira mantidas em estabelecimentos aprovados situados nas zonas de proteção e de vigilância definidas no anexo, exceto se a autoridade competente do Estado-Membro de expedição autorizar o transporte di­ reto de ovos para incubação de aves de capoeira mantidas em estabe­ lecimentos situados fora das zonas de proteção, mas dentro das zonas de vigilância, com destino a um centro de incubação designado situado fora das zonas de proteção e de vigilância, e a autoridade competente assegurar que os pintos do dia originários desses ovos para incubação, quando expedidos para outros Estados-Membros, cumprem as seguintes condições: a) Os pintos do dia eclodiram num centro de incubação designado situado fora das zonas de proteção e de vigilância definidas no anexo; (1 ) Diretiva 2009/158/CE do Conselho, de 30 de novembro de 2009, relativa às condições de polícia sanitária que regem o comércio intracomunitário e as importações de aves de capoeira e de ovos para incubação provenientes de países terceiros (JO L 343 de 22.12.2009, p. 74). 02017D0247 — PT — 21.10.2017 — 010.001 — 4 ▼M3 b) Os pintos do dia são originários de ovos para incubação que foram desinfetados e cujas embalagens foram desinfetadas antes de serem transportados para o centro de incubação de expedição, devendo ser assegurada a identificação de origem desses ovos para incubação. ▼M14 __________ o Artigo 3. -B Os Estados-Membros em causa devem assegurar que: a) As outras zonas submetidas a restrições estabelecidas pelas respeti­ o o vas autoridades competentes, como referido no artigo 16. , n. 4, da Diretiva 2005/94/CE, englobam, pelo menos, as áreas definidas como outras zonas submetidas a restrições na parte C do anexo da presente decisão; b) As medidas a aplicar nas outras zonas submetidas a restrições, tal o como disposto no artigo 32. da Diretiva 2005/94/CE, são mantidas no mínimo até às datas fixadas para as outras zonas submetidas a restrições estabelecidas na parte C do anexo da presente decisão. o Artigo 3. -C 1. Os Estados-Membros em causa devem proibir a expedição, para outros Estados-Membros, de remessas de aves de capoeira vivas, pintos do dia e ovos para incubação a partir das áreas definidas como outras zonas submetidas a restrições na parte C do anexo, exceto se a autori­ dade competente do Estado-Membro de expedição em causa autorizar, sob reserva das seguintes condições, o transporte direto de remessas dos seguintes produtos: o a) Pintos do dia que respeitem as condições estabelecidas no artigo 3.

To create these spatial models we used aerial (UAV) photography and digital photogrammetry. The main goal of this research was to prove the potential of UAV deployment of creating low-cost spatial models for archaeological tasks. Introduction Since archaeological excavation is a destructive process it’s crucial scientific task to accurately document the entire process. One of the most important techniques for documenting is photographing the archaeological sites [1]. But along with ground photography aerial perspective is also very valuable so aerial photography and aerial reconnaissance started to be part of documenting the archaeological landscapes. This lead to develop new scientific branches like aerial archaeology and to distinguish new landscape features (crop marks, soil marks, shadow marks etc.) used to find new archaeological sites [2]. Modern technological development enriches this field with new methods for archaeological research like: satellite images; unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) also known as unmanned aircraft systems (UASs) or just drones; airborne laser scanning (LiDAR); digital photogrammetry; geographical information systems (GIS) [3–7].

    22.6.2018 ES Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea L 159/37 DECISIÓN DE EJECUCIÓN (UE) 2018/894 DE LA COMISIÓN de 21 de junio de 2018 por la que se modifica el anexo de la Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2017/247, sobre las medidas de protección en relación con los brotes de gripe aviar altamente patógena en determinados Estados miembros [notificada con el número C(2018) 4007] (Texto pertinente a efectos del EEE) LA COMISIÓN EUROPEA, Visto el Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, Vista la Directiva 89/662/CEE del Consejo, de 11 de diciembre de 1989, relativa a los controles veterinarios aplicables en los intercambios intracomunitarios con vistas a la realización del mercado interior (1), y en particular su artículo 9, apartado 4, Vista la Directiva 90/425/CEE del Consejo, de 26 de junio de 1990, relativa a los controles veterinarios y zootécnicos aplicables en los intercambios intracomunitarios de determinados animales vivos y productos con vistas a la realización del mercado interior (2), y en particular su artículo 10, apartado 4, Considerando lo siguiente: (1) La Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2017/247 de la Comisión (3) se adoptó a raíz de la aparición de brotes de gripe aviar altamente patógena del subtipo H5 en varios Estados miembros («los Estados miembros afectados») y del establecimiento de zonas de protección y de vigilancia por la autoridad competente de los Estados miembros afectados, de conformidad con el artículo 16, apartado 1, de la Directiva 2005/94/CE del Consejo (4). (2) La Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2017/247 dispone que las zonas de protección y de vigilancia establecidas por las autoridades competentes de los Estados miembros afectados de conformidad con la Directiva 2005/94/CE deben abarcar, como mínimo, las zonas de protección y de vigilancia indicadas en el anexo de dicha Decisión de Ejecución.
