Westward Expansion: The Human Toll • Draw a time line that compares the influx of settlers of European descent to the Northwest Territory and the corresponding expulsion of American Indians. • View the documentary and bonus materials that speak to the territorial expansion of the United States following the adoption of the Northwest Ordinance.
