This complaint is filed and this action is instituted under Section 4 of the Act of Congress of July 2, 1890, as amended (15 U.S.C. S 4), commonly known as the Sherman Act, in order to prevent and restrain continuing violation by the defendants, as hereinafter alleged, of Section 1 of said Act (15 U.S.C. § 1). 2. Each of the defendants transactsbusiness and is found in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. II THE DEFENDANTS 3. Gonnella Baking Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Gonnella") is hereby made a defendant herein. Gonnella is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, with its principal place of business at Chicago, Illinois. Gonnella and .its wholly-owned sub- sidiary, United Bakeries, Inc., are engaged in baking and selling Italian, French and Vienna bread in the greater Chicago area. 4. Torino Baking Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Torino") is hereby made a defendant herein. Torino is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, with its principal place of business at Chicago, Illinois.
