The event will be held under the following: • The 2021 General Regulations of Motorsport UK incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA. • Regulations issued by the various Championships, Series and Challenges of which this event forms part. • These Supplementary Regulations. • Any written instructions the promoters may issue for the event. Modifications, amendments and / or changes to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated bulletins (issued by the organisers or Stewards). Only entries made via this method will be accepted. Anyone unable to access the online entry form should contact the entries secretary for further instruction. • Submission of an entry, online or otherwise, establishes a contract with Mull Car Club and full payment must be made. Any competitor failing to make full payment will be reported to Motorsport UK and their ASN for breach of contract. • Competitors who submit an entry and withdraw it at a later date must still pay the full amount of their entry fee and appropriate refunds will be made as per Art 4.6. • An entry will only be accepted when accompanied by the total entry fee. Which must be paid within 72 hours of the entry being put in. • Payment of entries can be made via the following: o Credited in full to the organiser’s bank account. o Any bank charges MUST be paid by the entrant: o Bank: Bank of Scotland o Account Name. Mull Car Club Ltd o Account No: 16247963 Sort code: 80-22-60 Number of entrants and accepted classes • The number of competitors shall be limited to 120 plus 20 reserves and the minimum will be 80. The minimum for each class will be 5. Should the minimum figure not be reached, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the meeting, amalgamate classes or reduce the rewards list as deemed appropriate. They also reserve the right to reduce the mileage should the minimum entries not be reached. • Entries will be accept only in order of receipt. • The starting order will be at the organisers’ discretion, but to assist seeding, entrants must note their previous results on the Entry Form. Failure to disclose previous results may lead to incorrect seeding, which may not be rectified. • Competitors are advised that the information
