Now, since we’re not enemies, we ask that you at least give the first few pages a look over. Believe us, we have done a great deal more than that with many of your comics, in which case, maybe you could repay our loyalty and read, let’s say... ten pages? If after that attempt you put it aside we shall be sorry. For you! If the a bove seems flippant, please forgive us. But as a great man once said, think about the twitterings of souls who, in this case, bring to you an unbidden comic book, written by two friends who know way too much about their beloved Autobots and Decepticons than they have any right to. We ask that you remember your own such twitterings, and look upon our work as a gift of creative cohesion. A new take on the ever-growing, nostalgic-cravings of a generation now old enough to afford all the proverbial ‘cool toys’. As two long-term Transformers fans, we have seen the highs-and-lows of the franchise come and go.

KINNEY Yellow ATLANTIC NEWS STAFF WRITER NORTH HAMPTON | The date is set. On Tuesday, Nov. 14, at North Hampton School, residents will come together to deliberate Black on the possible takeover of the assets of Aquarion Water Co., while Senior Vice President of Aquarion, Larry Bingaman, says the company is not for sale. As part of a special town meeting, the voting portion will follow on Dec. 19. The vote is only to determine if voters want to explore the feasibility of assuming the assets of Aquarion within North Hampton’s borders. If the article receives the necessary two-thirds approval, a warrant article with a dollar amount would then go before voters at the town’s annual town meeting in March. The meeting is a result of a petition by Henry Fuller, resident and Water Commission chair- man. The petition was signed by more than 450 North Hampton residents. Aquarion Water Co. currently provides water for more than 8,000 customers living in Hampton, North Hampton and Rye. Roughly 70 percent of the households in North Hampton are served by the water company. Bingaman said it’s not as simple as just taking control of the system in a single town. • Withered Hope a Transformers: Transtech Story
Transformers Timelines Presents: Withered Hope A Transformers: TransTech Story by S. Trent Troop & Greg Sepelak Illustration by Matt Kuphaldt Copyright 2008, The Transformers Collector’s Club Day 0 “Gentlemen… so to speak… I shan’t dance around the point. After two years of painstaking research, I have managed to find the source of the Cataclysm.” The white-haired old man gave a glance to his audience, a ragtag assembly of massive mechanical humanoids and normal human beings. The air was thick with uncertainty and nervousness. Toward the front stood a pair of unlikely companions, two towering mechanoids, the leaders of their factions. The human watched his long-time ally, a large red, blue and silver machine with a booming voice, clearly uncomfortable with the current peace treaty. Next to him was their hated enemy, a silver-gray and black machine, who stood with his arms folded across his broad chest, eyeing the human with a clear air of intense distrust. The end of one’s universe certainly makes for strange bedfellows, the human mused as he continued. “And it lies outside the boundaries of our universe.” “What are you talking about, doc-tor?” his robotic ally bellowed melodramatically. The human rolled his eyes. His ally could be quite the boor at times, or, more accurately, at all times. “What I am talking about, you self-aggrandizing heap of parts, is this.” The old man turned to the wall behind him and clicked a button on a small remote. The massive bank of computers sprang to life, multi-colored lights flashing rapidly, and projected a series of images onto a fifteen-foot wide screen.

A bright and exciting look into the Transfomers' pastBy Lauren MercedesThis omnibus contains the two mini-series; "The War Within" and "War Within: The Dark Ages", originally produced by Dreamwave. Story wise, it ends on a hanging note that was partially continued in "War Within: The Age of Wrath". Because the company went out of business, "The Age of Wrath" was never finished and can only be found in individual issues. If you're lucky. But don't let that stop you from enjoying this comic!SUMMARY:Based off of G1 (the original cartoon and toyline, not the 2007 live action movies), it's set on Cybertron, long before the Transformers brought their war to Earth. The war between the Autobots and the Decepticons has wrecked havoc to the surface of their planet, leveling cities and leaving countless dead. Sentinel Prime, the Autobot's leader and only hope against Megatron, has been slain. As the council turns to a seemingly simple archivist to become their new Prime, many among the Autobot forces are skeptical; will this Prime be able to end the war decisively? Will he finally put aside endless thinking and hesitating for action? But the newly dubbed Optimus Prime has doubts of his own -- like is this world even worth the cost of life to keep it? If the Decepticons want it so much, why not leave it to them and find a new place to live? As one can imagine, this doesn't go over too well.
