Go to www.JAG.tv and click on the EVENTS drop-down for single purchases or the PACKAGES drop-down to buy the full packages of Jazz at the Southern Theatre, Jazz at the Lincoln Theatre, PBJ & Jazz, and the “I Want it All!” package that gives you access to all or our con- certs and programs for the season, plus advance in-theatre purchase opportunities and discounts. How do I use my credit from last season toward a purchase for this season? Unfortunately, we are not able at this time to transfer last season’s credits held in your CAPA CBUSArts account over to the new JAG TV platform. While we continue to explore ways to integrate both systems, we ask that you please contact the CAPA Ticket Office to make arrangements to receive a refund for your credit amount or donate the amount to the Jazz Arts Group. To contact the CAPA Ticket Office: Allison Walker, CAPA Shared Services Ticketing Specialist [email protected] (PREFERRED) or (614) 719-6766 Will I lose access to my regular subscription seats if I choose not to purchase any shows this season? No! We are holding your subscription seats so they’re available to you for the 2021-2022 season regardless of your purchasing decisions this season. 8 FAQs Frequently Asked Questions How do I buy the limited, socially distanced in-theatre seats for Jazz at the Southern Theatre and Jazz at the Lincoln Theatre? Subscribers and purchasers of the Jazz at the Southern Theatre 4-show and the “I Want it All!” packages will receive a two-week priority oppor- tunity to buy in-theatre seats plus receive a $25 discount on in-theatre tickets purchased for Southern Theatre concerts. There will also be a similar two-week advance purchase opportunity for in-theatre seats at the Lincoln Theatre (without the $25 discount). In-theatre tickets will go on-sale to the general public starting one-week in advance of the concert. All in-theatre seats will be sold by the CAPA Ticket Office (39 East State Street) and at www.CBUSArts.com. What if I still have tickets to last season’s cancelled Melissa Aldana Quartet concert? The CAPA Ticket Office has converted your purchase to a credit. Please contact the CAPA Ticket Office to arrange for a refund or donation. As explained earlier, credits cannot at this time be electronically transferred from your CBUSArts account to the new account you will establish for JAG TV.
