Eve Chardonnay- Dry, creamy and smooth, with a multitude of apple and lemon flavors and aromas, this Chardonnay can be very tempting. Kung Fu Riesling - This crisp and vibrant Washington state white offers flavors of white peach, apricots and mandarin orange. Minimally sweet, this Riesling delivers a great 'punch' with spicy foods. Band of Roses Rose - Made from 100% Pinot Gris, this dry, easy-drinking blush wine exhibits vibrant notes of peaches, pears and passion fruit. Seven Moons Red Blend - This red celebrates the seven phases of the moon by combining seven grape varietals sourced from throughout California. Flavors of strawberry preserves, cherry cola, and milk chocolate follow through to a smooth finish. Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir - A project in conjunction with musician Dave Matthews, this North Coast California red offers up flavors and aromas of ripe cherry, wild strawberry and red currant. Easy drinking as well as food friendly. Mondavi Barrel Aged Cab Sauvignon - Aged in bourbon barrels for at least three months, this unique and tasty California Cab is defined by a strong, pleasing aroma of dark berry fruit along with lots of vanilla and caramel flavors. Real Sangria - A blend of natural citrus fruit flavors and Spanish red wine, this refreshing drink is best enjoyed over ice, especially on a hot day. 5 Wine choices - 10 tickets per glass Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc - The unique, beautiful New Zealand terroir is captured in the bottle as the wine exudes passion fruit and guava with an intense mix of grapefruit, lemon notes and a stone minerality. Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc - The first white wine in the Unshackled by Prisoner Wine series, this California white wine's delicious blend of sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc, and roussanne varietals highlights its North Coast roots with restrained notes of melon and peach. Simi Chardonnay - Expressive flavors of tangerine and green apple are complemented with hints of cream and vanilla. Ruffino Organic Prosecco - Sourced from 100% organically grown grapes in Veneto, Italy, this new offering has intense flavors of apple and peach that lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes. Meiomi Pinot Noir - Very popular for its unique structure and depth, this California red has supple tannins, silky texture, and balanced acidity that make it pair well with a variety of foods. Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon - Vibrant flavors of black stone fruit and dried herbs with solid tannin structure result in a flavor-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with balanced acidity. Wine choices - 16 tickets per glass The Prisoner Chardonnay - Rich and full-bodied like its genre-defining red sibling, this new white wine offering is rich with aromas of vanilla and baked apple, followed by flavors of pineapple and toasted oak. The Prisoner Red Blend - Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate and vanilla linger harmoniously. This eclectic crowd pleaser has found a following among those preferring a bold, fruit-forward wine with strong structure. Saldo Zinfandel - This California Zin features dark ruby color with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry, and baking spice. The finish is accentuated with soft, velvety tannins with a touch of chocolate. My Favorite Neighbor Cab Sauvignon - With a devout cult following, this Paso Robles Cabernet Sauv showcases the future of the region and how it can contend with its Napa and Sonoma contemporaries. Fourth streets Central Stage is presented by BEI Properties Sound by R/J Recording & Sound Friday, September 10 5:00 - 7:00 pm: The Dennis O’Brien Band – The Dennis O’Brien Band is a group of Chicago-based musicians who have been performing classic covers with meaningful arrangements for over 40 years. Their blend of vocal harmonies and strong musical arrangements continue to entertain audiences throughout the world. They are accomplished musicians that have shared the stage with international acts such as The Eagles, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, America, Koko Taylor, Poco. 7:30 - 9:30 pm: The Noize – The Noize is a diverse collaboration of seasoned musicians who play it all: Rock, Pop, Funk, Country, and Soul. Yound and old(er), love their dynamic musicianship and high-energy presentation. Their unique sound and interpretation of hit songs you know sets them apart from all the other cookie-cutter cover bands out there. The Noize has performed for Chicago’s major sports teams, ESPN, festivals, summer concerts, and will be performing at Milwaukee’s Summerfest this fall.
