Listener’s Guide To “WDAM Radio’s History Of James Bond” You have security clearance to enjoy “WDAM Radio’s History Of James Bond.” Classified – until now, this is the most comprehensive top secret dossier of ditties from James Bond television and film productions ever assembled. WDAM Radio’s undercover record researchers have uncovered all the opening title themes, as well as “secondary songs” and various end title themes worth having. Our secret musicology agents also have gathered intelligence on virtually every known and verifiable* song that was submitted to and rejected by the various James Bond movie producers as proposed theme music. All of us at the station hope you will enjoy this musical license to thrill.** Rock on. Radio Dave *There is a significant amount of dubious data on Wikipedia and YouTube with respect to songs that were proposed, but not accepted, for various James Bond films. Using proprietary alga rhythms (a/k/a Radio Dave’s memory and WDAM Radio’s Groove Yard archives), as well as identifying obvious inconsistencies on several postings purporting to present such claims, we have revoked the license of such songs to be included in this collection. (For instance, two sites claim Elvis Presley songs that were included in two of his movies were originally proposed to the James Bond producers – not true.) **Watch for updates to this dossier as future James Bond films are issued, as well as additional “rejected songs” to existing films are identified and obtained via our ongoing overt and covert musicology surveillance activities. Happy Halloween From The Lanthorn . v ■... ■ ■ • .. ,r Fate of Phoenix . ■- — —" ——■■■■...... -* .... —-■■■ - ..... 1 ......... ....... - ----- Building Decided This Week Structure Found to Have Some Historical Value By Tim Syrek News Writer The decision to save or demolish the 115 year-old Phoenix building has been delayed until Grand Valley State University officials thoroughly review a report which concluded that the building could be renovated for classroom use. In August, the University hired architect Richard Frank to study the historical value of the factory and the price of renovation. The University also passed a resolution which authorized $20,000 to be spent on the study. Frank turned in an 87 page report that concluded the exterior of the building did have some historic value and that renovation of the building's interior could meet GVSU's needs of the factory. The Phoenix Furniture Co. began production in 1873 and expanded through the years as the office space.

The Ultimate Playlist This list comprises more than 3000 songs (song titles), which have been released between 1931 and 2021, either as a single or as a track of an album. However, one has to keep in mind that more than 300000 songs have been listed in music charts worldwide since the beginning of the 20th century [web: http://tsort.info/music/charts.htm]. Therefore, the present selection of songs is obviously solely a small and subjective cross-section of the most successful songs in the history of modern music. • Rock Album Discography Last Up-Date: September 27Th, 2021
Rock Album Discography Last up-date: September 27th, 2021 Rock Album Discography “Music was my first love, and it will be my last” was the first line of the virteous song “Music” on the album “Rebel”, which was produced by Alan Parson, sung by John Miles, and released I n 1976. From my point of view, there is no other citation, which more properly expresses the emotional impact of music to human beings. People come and go, but music remains forever, since acoustic waves are not bound to matter like monuments, paintings, or sculptures. In contrast, music as sound in general is transmitted by matter vibrations and can be reproduced independent of space and time. In this way, music is able to connect humans from the earliest high cultures to people of our present societies all over the world. Music is indeed a universal language and likely not restricted to our planetary society. The importance of music to the human society is also underlined by the Voyager mission: Both Voyager spacecrafts, which were launched at August 20th and September 05th, 1977, are bound for the stars, now, after their visits to the outer planets of our solar system (mission status: https://voyager.jpl.nasa.gov/mission/status/). They carry a gold- plated copper phonograph record, which comprises 90 minutes of music selected from all cultures next to sounds, spoken messages, and images from our planet Earth. There is rather little hope that any extraterrestrial form of life will ever come along the Voyager spacecrafts. But if this is yet going to happen they are likely able to understand the sound of music from these records at least.

Norsk populærmusikk i utlandet.
