Branksome Park Wood, and Branksome Chine Gardens run down the centre of the ward, and Branksome Dene Chine gardens are located in the east of the ward. Sandbanks, Poole’s blue flag award winning beach is located in the south of the ward. Retail facilities are located along the northern boundary (North Road) and in the south (Haven road).
