The Proceedings of the 142nd SLBC Meeting held on 22.02.2016 at Bhubaneswar had been circulated among all the members of SLBC vide our letter No. SLBC/ODI/1148/2015-16 dated 31.03.2016. Since no comments have been received from any quarter, the same may please be confirmed. AGENDA NO. 2 Action Taken Report on major decisions taken in 142nd SLBC Meeting held on 22.02.2016. Progress of Implementation of Financial Inclusion Plan in the State. 1. Opening of Brick & Mortar Branches. Banks have opened 223 branches in the state for the period 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016, out of which 131 are in rural centers.
