Well into its final stages, the project is on target to finish mid- year. A unique feature of the project is the barrier railing along Smithfield Street, called River of Gold. Using a laser cut design, the curves in the artwork reflect the shape of the Mary River with the Region’s flora captured in the various shades of bronze highlighted by the sophisticated lighting.
