Your app will automatically update once we make our updates available on the Google Play and App stores. If your mobile device is not configured to automatically update your apps, then you will be prompted to apply the app updates via the App Update Available prompt when you attempt to access your Club’s app. Make sure to select Update Now to access all the new features. If you are not prompted to update your Club’s app, you will need to take steps to manually update it. Your experience will depend on the type and version of your mobile device. To manually update your Club’s app, follow the standard app update procedures for your mobile device. Push Notifications After updating your Club’s app, you will be re-asked if you would like to receive push notifications from your Club. Click ‘Allow’ when you see this Notifications pop-up so that you receive all important club push notifications to your mobile device. You will also be re-asked whether you want to allow the Club to access your location. Click ‘Always Allow’ so that you receive important Club communications to your mobile device while you’re at the Club. How to Login The updated app will require you to re-login the first time you attempt to open the app. Login using your existing Club Login Credentials (Username and Password) just as you did with the previous app. Username: Club Website Username Password: Club Website Password Enable Biometrics Since the upgraded app offers increased security, after logging-in, you will be prompted if you would like to enable biometric authentication. This gives you the ability to use either your Touch ID (fingerprint) or Face ID (facial recognition) instead of your Username and Password on future logins. You will only be prompted with this option if your phone supports biometrics. If you choose to not enable biometrics, then you will continue using your Username and Password for future log-ins just as you did with the previous app. New Features with the Upgrade Personalized Home Screen - My Reservations After logging-in to your Club’s upgraded app, you will immediately be taken to a new personalized Home page where you will see up to three of your upcoming reservations with the option to edit any of these reservations. Within this section, you can also access a listing of all your reservations by selecting View All Reservations. Personalized Home Screen - Event Details From this screen, you have the ability to view any of your reservation details by clicking on the reservation itself. Or edit any of your Tee Time reservations by clicking Edit. Personalized Home Screen - Edit Tee Time From this screen, you have the ability to view any of your reservation details by clicking on the reservation itself. Or edit any of your Tee Time reservations by clicking Edit. Make a Reservation If you do not have any upcoming reservations, your reservation section will state “You have no upcoming reservations” and you will have the ability to Make a Reservation using your Club’s available reservation options Featured Events The next section of your Home screen will display Upcoming Featured Events happening at your Club. Swipe left to scroll through all upcoming Events, which will be presented in chronological order. Click on any of these Events to access the Event Details or register for an Event. Easy Navigation Your Club’s updated app has navigation tiles at the bottom of the app that allow you to navigate to the most commonly utilized areas. These navigation tiles are always present and can be selected at any time, from anywhere within the app. Quick Action The Quick Action tile replaces the large tiles you previously saw on your old app’s Home page. Clicking on the Quick Action tile will give you the same menu options you previously had from your former homepage. Account The Account tile is where you can manage your profile and individual app settings. Within settings, you have the ability to turn biometrics on and off for the app. (Again, you will only have this option if your phone has biometric capabilities). After logging-in, if you decide you want to use biometrics after initially declining it, simply navigate to Account > Account Settings > Press to Enable Biometrics. Menu The Menu tile brings up your Side Navigation Menu displaying all additional navigation items available. Directory The Directory tile is where you can quickly access both the Member Directory and Staff Directory. Buddy Lists - Create List The Directory is also where you can access the brand new Buddies List feature. You now have the ability to create and manage your own Buddy Lists. For example, you can create one list for your golf buddies and another for your tennis buddies. Creating and managing these lists is quick and easy. A Buddy List can be created by selecting Add New List under the Buddies section of the Directory. You will be prompted for your Buddy List Name. After entering a name, simply click Create List. Buddy Lists - Adding Buddies Buddies can then be added to your Buddy Lists by clicking Add Buddies which takes you to the Members Directory. Actually, anytime you are in the Members Directory you have the ability to add to your Buddy Lists by clicking the Add Buddy icon to the right of any Member. The Add Buddy icon will give you the option of selecting the Buddy List you want to add to. You can add a Member to one, many, or all of your Buddy Lists at one time. In the example below, Bryan Addis is being added to Dinner Buddies only. Buddy Lists - Removing Buddies You also have the ability to remove a buddy from your Buddy Lists at any time. Clicking on the name of the Buddy you want to remove will open the Buddy Details screen where you have the option to Remove from Buddies. Buddy Lists - Editing Buddies You can also change your Buddy List name by clicking Edit List and entering a new name for your list. Here’s an example of changing a Buddy List name from Dinner Buddies to Lunch Buddies. Buddy Lists - Removing Entire Lists You can also delete a Buddy List altogether. Buddy Lists - My Family If you have family members included in your Club membership, you will automatically start off with a pre-populated Buddy List called My Family that will contain all your family members. Guest Lists The Directory also gives you the ability to maintain your own Guests list. Clicking the Add New Guest icon will open a window for entering the name, guest type and phone number of a guest you want to add. Clicking Add Guest adds them to your Guests list. Have guests already defined on your Guests list makes adding them to your reservations a snap. A New Tee Sheet Experience The Tee Sheet Your Tee Time booking experience has been completely redesigned. The Tee Sheet will automatically show you Tee Times per the current date and time you access the Tee Sheet so you will no longer have to scroll through Tee Times that have already passed. You can quickly navigate to see Tee Times over the next few days or click the Calendar icon to select a date from the Calendar just as you previously did. Tee Sheet - Filter You also have a new Filter option that can be used to search for specific windows of time, a specific course, or maybe an available group to join. Narrowing in on a certain time of day is as simple as dragging the ends of the Time of Day filter. Tee Sheet - Book Clicking the Book button will open the new Tee Time Details booking window. You will choose your Round, Number of Players and you will automatically be added as Player 1. Tee Sheet - Adding Players To add additional players, click Select Player. You will be taken to a modified version of the Directory where you can choose from my Buddies, the Member Directory, my Guests or indicate that you Need Player.

  • Keep TEE Probe Care Top-Of-Mind
Keep TEE Probe Care Top-Of-Mind Three Ways to Prevent Catastrophic TEE Probe Failures 1. Perform Frequent Quality Visual Inspections • When removed from storage • During removal • Before soaking in disinfectant • When set-up and connected to the scanner • After removal • After soaking in disinfectant • Before insertion • During pre-cleaning • Before storing 2. Perform Frequent and Time-based Leakage Testing Frequent • After EVERY patient exam, following a thorough visual inspection, under magnification, and prior to lengthy soak in disinfectant Time-based • Test once at the beginning of the soak cycle and once again at the end in order to reveal intermittent, slow leaks (the beginning of hard, catastrophic failures) 3. Establish a TEE Probe Preventative Maintenance Program • Address wearable items before they can contribute to larger, costly failures • Restore optimal performance and maintain uptime • Extend TEE probe lifecycyle • Suggested Intervals: • Bending rubber replacement - every 6-12 months • Articulation adjustment - every 6-12 months • Re-coating/re-labeling - every 12-18 months Industry Best-Practices for TEE Probe Care and Handling • Always use a protective tip cover when the probe is outside of the patient • Always transport TEE probes in covered bins • Don't coil the insertion tube in less than a 12-inch diameter • Use a TEE bite guard on every patient • Anytime a probe changes hands, perform a quick visual inspection of the tip, bending section and insertion tube. See below • Thoroughly inspect the tip and bending section,
