Proposal The proposal is construction of a pedestrian crossing facility, new footways and signing and lining as part of local School Travel Plan. 4. Consultations/Representations The position of the crossing has been dictated by the alignment of the public right of way which follows an existing path. The Parish Council and Umberleigh School have been consulted and support the proposed scheme. 5. Financial Considerations The estimated cost of the scheme will be £35,500.
