Amendment to 2020 Centennial Census Outreach Services Agreement Between the City of North Miami and Harvard Technology Group, Llc DocuSign Envelope ID: 3D33541E-1B55-4375-B18A-22EF126C768A AMENDMENT TO 2020 CENTENNIAL CENSUS OUTREACH SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NORTH MIAMI AND HARVARD TECHNOLOGY GROUP, LLC THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into on ______, between the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida (“City”), and Harvard Technology Group, LLC, a limited liability company registered and authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal office at 2411 SW 87 Avenue, Miramar, Florida 33025 (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”. RECITALS WHEREAS, the City and Contractor are parties to a 2020 Centennial Census Outreach Services Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the Agreement to amend the scope of work and the amount of compensation under the terms of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to enter into this Amendment to reflect the changes as set forth herein. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms and conditions set forth below, the Parties agree as follows: 1. ARTICLE I – SCOPE OF SERVICES is hereby amended to provide for an additional services based on additional funding and the inclusion of an additional Proposal to be attached as Exhibit “B.” 2. ARTICLE III – CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT is hereby amended to reflect an additional Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) in compensation for additional service for a total of Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00) due under the contract. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. Min sista kontakt med Olle var för en dryg månad sedan då han just kommit hem från sjukhuset efter att ha drabbats av njursvikt. Detta var emellertid inte den enda sjukdom som Olle led av, han hade tidigare drabbats av flera. Det är för mig en vänskap sedan början av 60-talet som nu försvinner. Olle tillhörde inte de ursprungliga medlemmarna i ARC, men kom med i klubben bara ett år senare. Kontakterna vid denna tid, i början av 60-talet, kunde röra sig om telefonsamtal om ca 1 timme. En tidig kontakt, som jag minns, var Bengt Ericsons och mitt besök i Göteborg, där Olle studerade vid Chalmers. Han hade självklart en radio med sig och loggade flera rara stationer trots att han bodde i ett hus med många grannar. Störningsnivån var vid denna tid minimal. Under 70-talet kom dx-expeditionerna till de norra delarna av landet igång. Stefan Wikander övertalade Olle år 1984 att följa med på en sådan expedition till Mertajärvi. Den följdes senare av flera bl a till Abisko. Olle var under flera år redaktör för MV-Eko, dels som huvudredaktör, men även som spaltredaktör för bland andra Info- och QSL-spalten.
