The site was previously an industrial grain milling facility. The project involved the demolition of existing industrial structures including a three-story administration building, weigh scales, 180-foot high elevated water storage tank and other facilities. The concrete and masonry from the demolished Administration Building was crushed and utilized on-site as granular backfill material and the existing asphalt parking and aggregate base was crushed and used as new Reference pavement base.
