REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES) UGANDA MULTINATIONAL UGANDA/ RWANDA: BUSEGA-MPIGI AND KAGITUMBA- KAYONZA-RUSUMO ROADS PROJECT Ten-Year Road Sector Development Programme 3 (RSDP3) The Government of Uganda has received a loan from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of the Multinational Uganda – Rwanda Project. It is intended that part of the agreed loan proceeds shall be used for payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for: study of the Ten-Year Road Sector Development Programme 3 (RSDP3). The services to be performed under the project shall comprise assessment and evaluation of the performance and impact of the second phase of the Road Sector Development Program (RSDP2), Evaluation of the impact brought about by the institutional reforms and formulation of the third phase of the road sector development program (RSDP3). The project objective is to review the performance of the RSDP2 and rolling it into the third phase of the Ten-Year Road Sector Development Program (RSDP3). The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) now invites consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations October 2015, as amended from time to time, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours between 9.00 hours and 17.00 hours on working days. Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 29 February 2018 at 16.00 hours and mention “Consultancy services for the study of the Ten-Year Road Sector Development Programme 3 (RSDP3)”.
