In addition, employers electronically report pertinent payroll information through the system on a monthly basis. Information about the TCRS pension plans can be found at www.treasury.tn.gov/tcrs. Investments: The 2019 fiscal year was a modest period for investors and TCRS portfolio experienced a gain of 7.54 percent with an annualized gain of 9.41 percent for the ten-year period. The one-year and the ten-year returns each exceeded the actuarially required rate of return and the portfolio was still managed in a manner to protect capital in an adverse environment.
