Glue a piece of construction paper to the inside front & back cover. a. Leave the excess paper hanging over – you will cut it later. 5. Open the notebook so you are looking at both the front and back cover facing you on your workspace. Doing this will keep the notebook from sticking to your workspace and ripping your work. 6. Glue pictures and/or words to the entire outside portion of your notebook. It is easier to use a paintbrush to “paint” the glue to the back of pictures. You can even paint the glue over the picture too. Pictures and/or words can overlap. 7. Cover the notebook so you can no longer see the original notebook cover. 8.
