Dates and locations for summer meets should be locked in. Requests should be submitted for equipment needs. Medals for summer meets are already secured.

Discussion/Business Items:

Old Business:

Harry Penny is progressing. The cost of a vehicle program may run in the neighborhood of $40-$50,000 and plans are necessary for additional financial assistance.

Grievance Procedures: Paperwork has been turned over to the Panel and there will be minimal Board interaction until the process is completed.

2017 LITF 18th Annual Awards Brunch: 136 individuals attended the event and the 50/50 raffle brought in $400. There is an anticipated loss of $1,296 for the event. In the future, we may want to look for a sponsor. We can also look into running ads online (facebook, Instagram) to offset costs.

Associations Workshop Reimbursement: Alex Cuozzo reported that four individuals (Alex Cuozzo, Pam Lee, Rob Lemke, Ron Nardo) will share in the $1,000 grant.

Safe Sport Class and Background Checks: These events are mandatory for all Board Members, Officials, and Coaches. One individual is still working on completion.

Office equipment, upgrade or replacement: Alex Cuozzo reported that the laptop is needed for 10 meets. We may need credit card capability in the future. We will hold off purchasing a new printer as it is used for indoor meets only.

New Business:

Carl Grossbard Health Update: Has been in the hospital since March 4 and is undergoing tests.
