1. Log on to the website http://www.benefitspaymentsystem.com.
(WARNING) If the screen displays a security restriction instead of the homepage then you must enter the complete web address, which is http://www.benefitspaymentsystem.com.
2. Click on “Participant Login.”
3. Click on the “Create Account” option toward the top part of the homepage.
4. You should now be on a page titled “Account Creation”. Fill out all of the necessary fields. The “username” and “password” fields are two things that you will have to create the first time. Your username will be your Social Security Number.
5. Once you’ve entered all of the necessary information then hit the “Submit” button.
6. Once the information has been saved, you will need to log off from the site.
7. Now you can keep track of both your account balance and your transaction history whenever you visit that site and log in using your username and password.
