1. To receive apologies (through the Clerk in accordance with Standing Orders) 2. To consider approving and signing minutes of the last Annual General meeting on 17th May 2012 3. Declaration of interest in any item 4. Public Participation: Members of the public are invited to address the Council 7.05 on any issue over which it has a power for up to 5 minutes each, with the item – lasting up to a maximum of 15 minutes. 7.20 5. Admission of the Public: To determine any items on the agenda considered to 7.20 be of a private nature that should be discussed at the exclusion of the Public and – Press, under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 1 (2). 7.21 6. Delegated/Green Belt 2. 12/00286/FUL, Mrs Gwladyd Rhead, 61A Boon Hill Bignall End, Retention of two windows in roof space, Delegated 3. 12/00291/FUL - 33 Stephens Way Bignall End Stoke On Trent Staffordshire ST7 8PL – Ground floor extension 4. 12/00299/FUL | Erection of two storey extension with balcony, new entrance porch, dormer windows to front and rear elevations, and alterations to existing roof heights. | New Farm Alsager Road Audley Stoke On Trent Staffordshire ST7 8JQ To provide comments on the following planning applications: 1. 12/00297/FUL, Mrs E Mayer, 51 Ravens Lane Bignall End, Erection of detached dwelling with linked garage on adjoining property Delegated/Village env 2. 12/00343/FUL, Mr Anthony O’Reilly, 27 George Street Audley, Erection of fencing Delegated/Village env 3. To note action taken with regards to a property at Hill Crescent, Alsagers Bank 4. To note the Appeal to the Secretary of State of the Scout Hut, Wereton Road (representations by 5th July) and to note that support has been provided as per minutes 15th Dec 2011
To receive Newcastle Borough Council agendas and minutes – to be tabled
8. To discuss the arrangements for the development of a Parish Plan and a working group

To authorise the signing of the Natwest bank mandate by 3 Councillors, the opening of an account at Natwest, authorisation to withdraw the funds from Newcastle Borough Council to transfer £41,000 to the Natwest account 10. To consider the following: To note the play inspection report for June 2012 Request for a donation from Cara - fun day 7th July 2012 Request for allotment shed at Halmer End To consider the following items on the agenda to be of a private nature that should be discussed at the exclusion of the Public and Press, under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 1 (2). 11. Accounts To approve the Accounts (Appendix A) and note the budget position as at end of Qtr 1 2012/13 (Appendix B)
