Dear Coach,

North Oldham High and Middle School Cross Country teams invite your teams to race in the Eighth Annual Rumble Through the Jungle Cross Country Invitational at picturesque Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve in Goshen, Kentucky. The meet will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011.

Race features: The course is both runner and fan-friendly with the courses running through shaded woods and manicured soccer fields.

THERE IS A LIMIT OF TEN (10) RUNNERS PER TEAM IN ALL RACES. MULTIPLE TEAM ENTRIES ARE PERMITTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL TEAM FEE PER TEAM WITH A LIMIT OF 3 TEAMS PER RACE. (A total of 30 runners per school per race.)

Elementary teams must be 5th grade or younger.

Team awards: Top two teams in each division receive trophies. Concessions, including a full lunch menu, t- shirts and restrooms will be plentiful on site.

Note: Total number of entrants will be limited to 200 per race.

Runners without a full team may be placed in a lane with other schools. Entries must be done via KYTrackXC.com online registration. Directions to the Nature Preserve: Our traffic flow is restricted to one way in and one way out of the Nature Preserve. Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265) north until it dead ends into US 42. Turn right and follow 6.0 miles east, turn left on Harmony Landing Road (go through traffic light at Hwy. 1793). Follow 0.3 miles back to the Nature Preserve and volunteers will direct you to the unloading/parking areas.
