I Edward Forchion the defendant in the above captioned case motions the court to enjoin, combine this case with case 04-450-02. The defendant in that case PAT DUFF has the exact same defense’s, was arrested and convicted alongside this defendant and plans to proceed in a mirrored fashion all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary as does this defendant. To save the court on duplication of time and resources and taxpayer’s expense it is motioned that these case’s be treated the same and heard at the same time as was done in Magistrate court before Judge Rapoport.
