We will receive a pass equal to the number of parent volunteers indicated in your registration form (12). All other parents traveling in your group will need to purchase a ticket at the gate. If you have questions or concerns, please direct them to the volunteer at the registration tent. Please note – The registration volunteers do not have access to additional passes. The RBBC will be responsible for paying for those individuals who have indicated that they want to help move equipment and assist with the functioning of the ensemble during competition.

Things to be done before going home from the event  The band room must be cleaned and ready for classes Monday morning. No uniforms or instruments will be left out. Everything must be placed back where it belongs.  All uniforms will be either taken home or hung properly on the racks in the hall way. The band room is not your personal locker room and storage facility  The band trailer must be unloaded and items put away properly  Chairs in the band room must be placed back in even rows  Stands in the band room must be placed back in even rows  Buses need to be cleaned out. YOU brought it on…YOU take it off!

ELECTRONIC DEVICES Richlands High School or Topsail High School is NOT responsible for your electronic device. Only YOU the owner is responsible for you electronics. Any damage or loss which may occur will not be covered by either school or band program. YOU are responsible for it, because you brought it! NO electronic devices will be permitted in use or on a person from 11:40 AM until 1:30 PM during this event. Our sole focus should be on the competition and preparing mentally for our task ahead. If needed please contact my cell in case of an emergency (910) 238-6286. Please respect my privacy and do not give out my number.

FINAL THOUGHT Thank you to all who are helping us this year. You are part of a tradition here at RHS that is truly amazing. To have accomplished so much in over the years would not have happened without the help and support of the band parents, community and the school. Thank you again for helping make this year another success!
