Lesson Aims& Objectives: By the end of the class, Students should be able to: -Describe how things work (the use of If ,when and makes).

Lesson Activities/Staging: - EQUIPMENT: Warm up: *Clarify the objectives of the lesson. Procedures:  Students' book

Activity1:  Instructor’s PC -Trainer introduces the vocab. In activity 1 by putting images to the board and asking the trainees questions about them to make them elicit  Smart Board. the use of the part and try help them guess its name. - Trainer tells the trainees to work in pairs and write the names of the parts in activity 1 on the book next to them. -Then trainees swap to compare answers. -Trainer asks the students some questions to check understanding. -Trainer close activity. Then: -The trainer puts the picture of activity 1 to the board and tells the students to work in pairs and try to tell how the process takes place. Trainer give the trainees 10 minutes to finish. -The trainees work while the trainer watches and offers help if needed. -Then trainees swap to compare answers. -Trainer asks the students some questions to check understanding. -Trainer close activity.

Activity 2: Trainer tells the trainees that they will listen to a conversation that describes the process in activity 1. -Trainer tells the trainees to work individually and fill in the gaps. -Trainer tells the trainees that they will listen twice: one to answer and another to check answers. -The trainees work while the trainer watches and offers help if needed. -Then trainees swap to compare answers. - Trainer puts the answers to the board for feedback. -Trainer close activity.

Then: - Trainer puts some sentences to the board and explains the use of “when & if” by asking questions to make the trainees elicit the meaning. Then: -Trainer tells the trainees to work in pairs and look at the provided devices and match each one to the correct instruction. -Trainees work while the trainer watches and offers help if needed. -Then trainees swap to compare answers. -Trainer asks questions to check understanding. - Trainer puts the answers to the board for feedback. -Trainer close activity.
