Social Media/Graphics Manager

A leading-edge and comprehensive marketing and leasing company looking for a talented Social Media/Graphics Manager who can enhance both our brand our clients’ brand while we build strong on-line communications through various social media platforms. You will be responsible for driving social media and creative strategies, plans and content including original text and video, managing e-posts, responding to followers, website and brochure updates, exhibitions, corporate identity and liaising with on-site shopping center personnel. You will work closely with the marketing and leasing teams to develop both creative and social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing and leasing goals. As a Social Media/Graphics Manager, we expect you to have a passion for design and social media, have up-to-date knowledge to interpret our clients’ needs to design solutions with high visual impact, and have the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s and client’s views creatively (both graphically, in video and in writing). You must be highly self-motivated, able to work independently, work from home, and able to handle our client’s social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Requirements:

 Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media  Proficiency in content marketing theory and application  Excellent communication, and written and graphic design skills  Display an in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios  Solid knowledge of SEO, Keyword research and Google Analytics  Familiarity with web design  Analytical and multitasking skills  Superior time management  Proven graphic designing experience  Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality  Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio  Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas  Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)  Highly proficient in all design aspects Our team is comprised of a dynamic group of top performers in shopping center leasing, marketing and management.
