STATE BOARD OF MASTER ELECTRICIANS NOVEMBER 22, 2016 500 N. CALVERT STREET 3RD FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM BALTIMORE, MARYLAND 21202 10:00 A.M.

1. Call to Order 2. Approval of the Business Meeting Minutes of October 25, 2016 a. After review of minutes the Board Members will make necessary changes and approve minutes accordingly.

3. Approval of the Executive Session Minutes of October 25, 2016 a. After review of minutes the Board Members will make necessary changes and approve minutes accordingly. 4. Complaint Committee Report a. The Complaint Committee will address the status of complaints if needed.

5. Executive Director’s Report a. Director Robin Bailey will inform the Board of current events and changes that need to be addressed, if needed.

6. Review of PSI Examination Results a. Director Robin Bailey will report most recent testing statistics from PSI. 7. Old Business a. None

8. New Business a. The Board will discuss the question of how many companies can a qualified license be assigned to since this question is asked frequently by licensees.

9. Correspondence a. The Board will respond to all emails, phone messages and letters directed to the Board.

10. Counsel’s Report a. Counsel will inform the Board of current changes in laws and regulations and provide an update on pending litigation, if any. 11. Chair’s Report a. Chairman will address the Board as needed. 12. Executive Session a. The Board will enter into a private session to discuss license examinations and receive advice from Counsel.

13. Approval of the findings of Executive Session of November 22, 2016 a. Upon completion of the November 22, 2016 Executive Session the Board will adopt the findings of the Executive Session.

Adjournment

The Board does not meet in December. The next public meeting of the State Board of Master Electricians will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2016.
